1. Purpose & Scope of Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the mandatory operational guidelines for all users, developers, and automated software interacting with TKS HOSTIFY. The platform securely stores, processes and delivers user content through a managed cloud infrastructure designed for reliability, performance and scalability.

Violations of this policy compromise the safety of our global edge delivery network and will result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent API credential revocation.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, hosting, or distributing content falling within the following categories:

  • Rate Limit Adherence: Requests exceeding 100 requests per minute per IP will be throttled (`HTTP 429 Too Many Requests`).
  • No Credential Sharing: API secret keys must never be shared across multiple unassociated software products.
