Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create a developer account or utilize paid storage tiers.
2. User Accounts, API Keys & Security Responsibilities
Developers and account owners are granted unique API Key and Secret credentials (`X-API-KEY` & `X-API-SECRET`) upon application registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and secret tokens.
- Key Confidentiality: API Secret tokens must never be exposed in client-side code, public repositories, or frontend bundles.
- Account Activity Liability: Any operation conducted using your API credentials will be deemed your direct legal responsibility.
- Compromise Notification: You must immediately regenerate compromised credentials via the Developer Dashboard.

The platform securely stores, processes and delivers user content through a managed cloud infrastructure designed for reliability, performance and scalability. To preserve infrastructure stability and legal compliance, users are strictly prohibited from uploading:
